Welcome to the SPECIAL LAND TITLE DEED PROGRAM, designed to regularize and/or update buy-sell transactions of lots acquired from the fund prior to November 5, 2001, through their notarization. This program offers the following benefits:

• A legally secure investment
• Simplified administrative paperwork
• Direct dealing with the fund, without middlemen

Prior to initiating the title deed procedures for the buy-sell transactions, the following requirements must be met:

- ALL LOTS

• Must be paid in full
• All contractual obligations must be fulfilled

- LOTS WITHOUT CONSTRUCTION OBLIGATIONS

• Exempt from submitting an architectural design

- LOTS WITH CONSTRUCTION OBLIGATIONS

• Construction work must be totally or up to 80% completed

If you meet these requirements, simply fill out the title deed application form attached to this document and send it to the Regional Development Director of the resort your land is located in:
